The Co-Founder and Chief Partner of the firm is CA. Nidhi Agarwal. She is Post-graduate and fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), having an experience of more than 11 Years. She is the executive Partner and is responsible for overall supervision and co-ordination of all streams of activities of the firm.

CA. Manish Gupta (Partner)

Qualification : FCA, M. COM, B.COM (H), DISA (ICA), ACCA (Pursuing)

The Co-Founder, Managing Partner/Director/ of the firm is CA. Manish Gupta having an experience of more than 12 years. His core areas of competencies are Listing Agreement and Stock Exchange compliances, Domestic listing / delisting, legal due diligence, right issues and Bonus issues, Corporate governance, Statutory and regulatory compliances related to Companies Act and RBI / SEBI / MCA & other statutory regulatory governmental licensing/ registration/ approvals and permissions. He has coreexperience of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Concurrent Audits of Banks & Insurance Companies. He Holds Great Exposure to provide services in the field of International Taxation includes Export Incentives Schemes (MEIS), DDB, DEPB Licence, EPCG Licence and Liaison with Export Councils of India.

CA. Ashish Gupta (Partner)

Qualification : FCA, B.COM (H), DISA (ICA)

He is executive Partner of Our Firm. Mr. Ashish Gupta is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2013. Mr. Ashish has worked with big four auditing firms and professionally managed corporate in capacity as a consultant. He has experience of handling corporate affairs in different areas for over a decade. He has helped many organizations to set up business in India and operating it smoothly. He specializes in conducting Statutory Audits, Internal Audits and Tax Audits of various corporate. He has also handled Internal Audits of large and medium scale companies in India.
